These terms govern your use of Dreamsfaq, including the public website, dream interpreter, dream dictionary, and any account-based journal features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dreamsfaq. By using the service, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you can enter into a binding agreement.
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account.
The public interpreter creates a public interpretation page that can be viewed by anyone with the link. Please use common sense and do not include personal details you would not want shared. If you want to keep dream content private, use account-based features instead of the public interpreter.
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes, without limitation:
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a limited right to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Dreamsfaq. That permission ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Dreamsfaq is an informational and reflective tool. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, or a guarantee that any interpretation is correct. If you need professional help, you should contact a qualified provider instead of relying on the service.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dreamsfaq at any time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Dreamsfaq, including its software, branding, design, and original site content, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service itself.
Dreamsfaq may link to or rely on third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dreamsfaq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dreamsfaq and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 100.
We may suspend or terminate access to Dreamsfaq if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or misused the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of Dreamsfaq after the update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to dreamsfaq@gmail.com.
